SITE INSPECTIONS AND PERMIT LETTERS
We provide service for site visit, review and provide solution structural and framing deficiencies for the new and old houses during construction and investigate and provide
expert opinion along with engineering judgement and provide compliance letter for renovation to obtain City Permits.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
We provide service in foundation wall design, column footing design and detail, grade beam and concrete retaining wall, lateral bracings, tall wall, garage slab, basement slab,
slab on grade including slab thickening, steel beam, timber LVL beams, TJI beams along with decks. Also, duly design screw piles, concrete piles, along with cap and cap plates.
We also certify roof trusses, decks and gazebos by vendors. We also conduct existing building condition review and provide necessary supports for retrofitting, basement crack

TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDIES
These typically include a review of existing conditions and transportation deficiencies, projection of future traffic volumes and operations. Mitigating measures are identified
such as road widenings, additional turn lanes at intersections, improved intersection control (eg. traffic signals) and road alignment improvements to address sight line issues.
Traffic studies have been prepared for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional uses, with development traffic volumes having ranged from 25 to 2,500 vehicles per hour.
SITE ACCESS AND CIRCULATION REVIEWS
In conjunction with investigating traffic impacts to the external road system, we provide a review of the development site plan in the context of site access and circulation,
identifying modifications to ensure requisite geometry to accommodate appropriate design vehicles. T Access points/driveways are also reviewed with respect to size, number and

PARKING STUDIES
Parking studies are comprised to address specific development parking requirements in context of local municipal parking demands and standards. These studies include the
completion of parking and duration counts depending on existing parking demands and patterns, an identification of future parking demands in consideration of expected development
growth, and necessary recommendations with respect to how such demands. Parking layouts and configurations to be reviewed for purposes of optimization and control. In context of
municipal parking, parking rates can be reviewed as can government structure with respect to parking administration.
AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDIES
Transportation studies provide indication of travel demands and requirements along a major travel corridor, within a built area or within a municipal boundary. Similar to a
traffic impact study, but on a larger-scale, these studies seek to establish existing conditions through an assessment of traffic volumes. In consideration of anticipated growth,
the effectiveness of the existing road system is to be reviewed.
ROAD NEEDS STUDIES
The need of studies is to provide the road authority with an inventory and assessment of the road system. Improvements are subsequently prioritized in relation to the overall
cost and volume of traffic served, thus ensuring the most cost-effective approach.
ROAD AND INTERSECTION DESIGNS
In order to mitigate of increased travel demands, road improvements are often required to increase overall capacity and/or operations. These often include road widenings,
provision of additional turn lanes or other improvements. This includes initial site investigations and topographic survey, feasibility assessment, preliminary design and assessment
of alternative improvement strategies, and final design.
PAVEMENT ENGINEERING
